Refund Policy

We offer a free trial for testing our app. 
If you are not happy with the app while on the trial, please contact our support and we'll do our best to help you.

If you completed the trial and still have the app installed, we will not provide a refund.

If you still think you deserve a refund, please send us:

• Your store URL
• The reason why you kept using the app after the trial

We will be able to refund you only when your Shopify billing cycle is completed.

We can't refund you before Shopify charges you for the subscription.
